Signed by the Secretary of Health, Dr. Teodoro J. Herbosa, sets the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12204, signed into law on May 8, 2025, directing the DOH Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center (ARMMC) in Marikina City to increase its capacity from 500 to 1,000 beds, with the IRR also covering for the DOH ARMMC operations and management.
