By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Frances Mae Cherryl Ontalan, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, chiefs of hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers, heads of attached agencies, encloses a copy of E.O. No. 101, series of 2025, in aid of dissemination of the directives and information.
