By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Frances Mae Cherryl Ontalan, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, heads of attached agencies, chiefs of hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers, includes for information and guidance a copy of the letter from the Philippine Government Employees Association (PGEA) enjoining to support the celebration, and PGEA's contact information.
