By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Gloria Balboa, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to DOH regional directors, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals, health emergency response teams and local health boards, for guidance, includes as annexes in the issuance, flowchart of management of individuals involved in the Cs-137 incident, phased interim response protocol, specific decontamination procedures, levels of interventions and protective actions, sample questionnaire for the incident, and determination of treatment plan for whole body irradiation.
