By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed by Dr. Mary Ann Palermo-Maestral, Undersecretary of Health, addressed to all DOH executives and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, and chiefs of DOH hospitals; includes as annexes, the illustration of the recommended set-up of the National ID System booth in the DOH hospitals, National ID System procedures on registration, issuance, and assistance, and template of the Daily Accomplishment Report, in aid of hospitals' compliance to this issuance.
