By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Albert Francis Domingo, OIC-Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, heads of attached agencies, chiefs of hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers, includes a link to access the Ligtas Christmas Communication Package, and as annex to the issuance, a guidance on campaign messages and roles and responsibilities of partners enjoined in the campaign.
