By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Gloria Balboa, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to DOH regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, chiefs of hospitals, provincial health officers, lists down DOH designated BEmONC training centers for nurses, midwives, and doctors for the improvement of maternal and child health outcomes.
Did not originate from HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the DOH's Disease Prevention and Control Bureau.
