Supplemental Guidelines on the Collection, Reporting, Management, Generation and Dissemination of Updates Health Statistical Indicators through the Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS) Starting CY 2026

By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Gloria Balboa, Assistant Secretary of Health, aims to provide guidelines on the FHSIS as with updated health statistical indicators, starting CY 2026. Includes as annexes to the issuance, DILG advisories to LGUs and BARMM in support of the FHSIS reporting requirements, and the list of the updated FHSIS indicators, data quality control protocols, and frequency of reporting.
Applies to relevant DOH Central Office bureaus and services, Centers for Health Development and reporting units under their jurisdiction, and BARMM, serving as guidance to LGUs and health facilities, private sector, and other FHSIS related stakeholders and partners.
Did not originate from HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the DOH's Epidemiology Bureau. (As a DOH Central Office bureau, the HFDB is enjoined in promoting implementation of the FHSIS, provide relevant technical assistance and feedback to the Epidemiology Bureau as requested and as necessary.)
