By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed by Atty. Christian Lel Saquilabon, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to DOH's HFSRB in the Central Office, CHD directors and RLED chiefs, BARMM Ministry of Health, regulatory officers, chiefs and owners of hospitals, guidelines in accordance with the Presidential Directive effective immediately.
Did not originate from the HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau, under Assistant Secretary Saquilabon, or the Regulations, Licensing and Enforcement Divisions in your respective regions.
