Christian Lel Saquilabon, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals and other health facilities, includes the link to the page of the Mandaluyong Declaration in the DOH's website for the 7th Global Patient Safety Summit, in aid of dissemination to all concerned.
