Signed by the Secretary of Health, Dr. Teodoro J. Herbosa, sets the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12213, signed into law on May 21, 2025, directing the DOH's Southern Tagalog Regional Hospital (STRH) in Bacoor City, Cavite to increase its capacity from 100 to 300 beds, with the IRR also covering for the STRH operations and management.
