By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed by Atty. Christian Lel Saquilabon, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to all DOH executives and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, and chiefs of hospitals and other health facilities, includes as annex to the issuance, synopses of the performance standards and criteria of the DOH's Green Viability Assessment System, and corresponding health facilities with best practice documentations that were initially presented in the 2024 Green Health Facilities Technical Conference.
