Addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers, pursuant to Proclamation No. 1176 that declared Filipino Social Workers' Day on June 19 of every year, includes as annex HFDB's concept note for the celebration, for reference.
