Sets the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12071, signed into law on November 8, 2024, directs establishment of Laguna Regional Hospital (LRH) in Bay, Laguna under DOH supervision and control, with the IRR also covering for the LRH operations and management.
