Sets the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12068, signed into law on November 8, 2024, directs upgrading of Bataan General Hospital and Medical Center, a DOH hospital in Balanga City, Bataan to 1,000 bed capacity Level III general hospital with multiple specialty center, with the IRR also covering for the Bataan GHMC operations and management.
