Addressed to DOH executives, central and regional directors, presidents and directors of attached agencies, and others concerned, the plan is the result of the collaboration between DOH, NCIP, and DILG per JMC No. 2013-01; this issuance encloses a copy of the plan and provides a download link for the plan to enjoin all concerned to fully support and carry out the programs, projects and activities therein.
Address further concerns about the issuance to the DOH's UHC Policy and Strategy Cluster through the Bureau of Local Health Systems Development. This issuance did not originate from the HFDB but has references to HFDB's mandates and programs.
