Addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, chiefs of hospitals, includes as annex to the issuance, a copy of the 2024 LHS-ML Annual Report in aid of dissemination to all concerned. The HFDB assists in the LHS-ML SD 1 (Referral System).
Address further inquiries about this issuance to the DOH's UHC Policy and Strategy Cluster through the Bureau of Local Health Systems Development.
