As ordered by the President, who has Constitutionally vested power of control over Executive departments, bureaus and offices, in line with the Philippine Development Plan 2023-2028 key strategy on integrated master plan development and convergence programs towards sustainable, resilient, and modernized infrastructure facilities and services.
Address further inquiries about this Order to the National Economic and Development Authority, which was directed to formulate this Order's implementing guidelines.
