Addressed to all DOH regional directors, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers, directs the obligation of HFEP FY 2023 CONAP and FY 2024 funds pursuant to DM No. 2024-0290, issued for strict compliance.
