Addressed to DOH UHC - Health Services Cluster executives, regional directors, and BARMM Ministry of Health, includes as annexes, the national and regional targets of RM indicators under health, and copy of the NEDA Memorandum with the subject "List of Harmonized Infrastructure Result Matrix (RM) Indicators" dated July 26, 2024, in aid of strict compliance.
