Addressed to DOH Centers for Health Development, BARMM Ministry of Health, executive directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals, reiterates automatic deduction for AOE, pursuant to Special Provision No. 6 of R.A. No. 11975, or the 2024 General Appropriations Act; no funds are to be allocated to 2025 infrastructure projects. Issued for strict compliance.
