Addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, chiefs of hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers, includes as annex a copy of the CY 2024 second quarter report based on the Level 1 and Level 2 Scorecards, intended to be used in performance monitoring and evaluation during management committee meetings, program implementation meetings, management reviews, other performance improvement plans and activities.
