Addressed to DOH central and regional directors, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of DOH hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers, PhilHealth President, issued to ensure implementation of the NBB/No Co-Payment Policy pursuant to R.A. Nos. 10606 and 11223, and to ensure compliance and monitoring of all offices and institutions concerned.
