Addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, chiefs of health facilities, copy of report of results attached as annex, to be used as reference in prioritizing resources for the attainment of provincial-wide and city-wide health systems integration.
The HFDB is one of the agencies that support the technical integration for LHS-ML characteristic on Referral System, or Service Delivery 1. Address further inquiries about this issuance to the DOH's Bureau of Local Health Systems Development.
