Addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, chiefs of DOH hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers, and heads of attached agencies, issued by Undersecretary of Health, Dr. Emmie Liza Perez-Chiong, and enclosed a copy of NAP General Circular No. 5, in aid of dissemination to all concerned.
Address concerns about this issuance to the DOH's Health Regulation and Facility Development Cluster, and/or directly to the National Archives of the Philippines.
