Prior to the appointment, upon the launch of the 8-Point Action Agenda 2023-2028, Dr. Melissa T. Sena, then Director III of the Health Facility Development Bureau, was designated OIC-Director IV of the Bureau per Department Personnel Order No. 2024-0013 dated January 4, 2024.
