Addressed to DOH executives and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, and chiefs of hospitals, encourages all PCFs, hospitals and infirmaries to submit reports through the DOH Health Facility Profiling System starting July 22, 2024 (with deadline set on January 15, 2025); includes links to the HFP System, registration for online orientation sessions, and printed guides and audio-video recordings for reference.
