Addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, chiefs of DOH hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers, and directors of specialty hospitals, provides directives and energy efficiency and conservation measures in compliance with Office of the President MC No. 48, s. 2024.
Address further inquiries about this issuance to the DOH's El Niño Committee through the Health Emergency Management Bureau.
