Addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals, in keeping with the country's commitment to the Global Action on Patient Safety, includes guidance on activities, documentation and funding support in the celebration of World Patient Safety Day 2024.
