Addressed to DOH executives, central and regional directors, and chiefs of DOH hospitals and treatment and rehabilitation centers, includes the compendium of reports in five annexes, intended for use in performance monitoring and evaluation activities such as Management Committees, Program Implementation Reviews, and Management Reviews.
