Addressed to DOH UHC - Health Services Cluster executives, and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers, cites pertinent sections of the DOH Green and Safe Health Facilities Manual, First Edition, as regards water efficiency, sanitation and hygiene.
