Addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors and chiefs of national and local government and private hospitals, cites pertinent provisions of the Mexico Principles, R.A. No. 6713, R.A. No. 9502, and A.O. No. 2015-0053 (or Guidelines on the Promotion and Marketing of Prescription Pharmaceutical Products and Medical Devices).
