Organizations that may submit project proposals for HFEP 2025 include DOH hospitals and other healthcare facilities, DOH Central Office and CHDs, Local Government Units, and Other National Government Agencies; this Order includes as annexes, details on the priority areas for HFEP 2025 budget proposal, list of requirements for the clearing houses of proposals, and copy of the project proposal template.
