Provides guidelines on sub-allotment/transfer and utilization of funds to Centers for Health Development and Bureau of Quarantine, in accordance to FY 2024 General Appropriations Act; includes annex of breakdown of amounts according to CHD and/or BOQ (Central Office), infrastructure project, equipment. and/or motor vehicle.
