Aimed to provide guidelines on the sub-allotment/ transfer and utilization of funds to DOH Hospitals, DOH-TRCs and Corporate Hospitals for the procurement and implementation of infrastructure projects, medical equipment, and motor vehicles, includes the allocation list of the 13.8 billion pesos subject of the sub-allotment and/or transfer of FY 2024 GAA HFEP funds.
