Addressed to DOH regional directors, the Bureau of Quarantine, and chiefs of DOH hospitals, and treatment and rehabilitation centers, in line with the DOH's implementation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan 2020-2030, under Prevention and Mitigation Pillar Outcomes.
