Addressed to DOH UHC Health Services Cluster executives, regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, and chiefs of DOH hospitals, lists down provisions from several DOH administrative issuances to delineate functions of the said units of the Centers for Health Development and DOH hospitals with regard to the referral system.
The issuance names several offices but further inquiries may be addressed to the Health Facility Development Bureau.
