Institutionalizes the Department of Health's Cybersecurity Framework as the policy and strategy to strengthen its corporate cybersecurity. Aims to define the controls for the protection and security of ICT infrastructure and assets, standards and mechanisms to detect, prevent, respond and recover from cybersecurity attacks, and the governance that will direct, coordinate, and guide all DOH units. Applies to all DOH units: Offices, Bureaus, and Services in the Central Office, Centers for Health Development (CHDs), DOH Medical Centers, Hospitals, Sanitaria, Treatment and Rehabilitation Centers, and Attached Agencies.
