Submission of Projects for Capital Formation and Clarification of Specialty Center Targets in the 2023-2028 Hospital Scorecard

Addressed to DOH FICT executives and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, chiefs of DOH hospitals, medical centers and sanitaria, includes as Annex A template for DOH hospital identified development targets and projects, to be submitted via bit.ly/HDPsubmissions within one month after the enactment of the General Appropriations Act (GAA), and as Annex B the list of documents to be submitted as means of verification of the progress of the chosen project.
For the specialty centers, HFDB shall assess and report their functionality every second semester of each year.
