Addressed to DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, chiefs of treatment and rehabilitation facilities, hospitals and other health facilities, the issuance guides DOH-operated drug abuse treatment and rehabilitation centers (DATRC) on the implementation and monitoring of the ENTREPOSE.
