Addressed to DOH regulatory and other concerned offices, defines the licensing requirements and defines the grace period for compliance to requirements for cancer treatment facilities, namely cancer specialty hospitals and cancer specialty centers in general hospitals. Follows through from the 8th National Integrated Cancer Control Council meeting, and in alignment with the goals of the National Integrated Cancer Control Act.
