Addressed to the designated National Reference Laboratories in East Avenue Medical Center, Lung Center of the Philippines, National Kidney and Transplant Institute, Philippine Heart Center, Research Institute for Tropical Medicine, and San Lazaro Hospital, for their accreditation by the Philippine Accreditation Bureau on international standards on requirements for quality and competence of medical laboratories; testing and calibration for laboratories; competence as reference material producers; and competence as proficiency testing providers.
Address further concerns about this issuance to the DOH's Office for Health Laboratories.
