Addressed to DOH central and regional offices, hospitals, medical centers, treatment and rehabilitation centers, Bureau of Quarantine and attached agencies, issued to mandate the use of climate- and disaster-resilient hospital safety measures in all new construction and for renovation/upgrading projects to be funded through the DOH and from foreign-assisted projects under the Health Facilities Enhancement Program (HFEP), in alignment with the Philippine Health Facility Development Plan.
Address further concerns about this issuance to the DOH's HFEP Management Office.
