Reiteration of Provisions in Republic Act No. 10022 on the Establishment of Medical Facilities for Overseas Workers and Seafarers (MFOWS) in DOH Hospitals

Addressed to the DOH regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, chiefs of DOH medical centers and hospitals, reiterates R.A. No. 10022's provision that government regional and provincial hospitals are to establish clinics to serve the health examination requirements of Filipino migrant workers. Refers regulatory policies, requirements, and guidelines of the DOH's Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau.
