Addressed to CHD directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors and chiefs of DOH health facilities, in support of mandatory BLS training for health personnel, and compliance on BLS training for all health emergency response teams in public health and hospitals, this issuance intended to guide CHDs, MOH-BARMM and DOH hospitals to administer BLS course with use of online didactic part through the DOH Academy.
