Addressed to DOH regional directors, regulatory officers and program focal points, BARMM Ministry of Health, provides recommendations in consideration of the cancellation of select National External Quality Assurance Schemes (NEQAS) provided by the national reference laboratories of the Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM) for 2023, which will affect clinical laboratories and blood service facilities.
