Addressed to DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, PhilHealth, local government units, owners and heads of primary care facilities, pursuant to the UHC Act's mandates on a comprehensive regulatory framework, and to A.O. No. 2020-0047 as amended.Â
Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) and Regulations, Licensing and Enforcement Divisions of DOH Centers for Health Development are also directed to exercise prudence in considering cease-and-desist orders, and to prioritize provision of technical assistance and guidance.
Address additional inquiries about this issuance to DOH's HFSRB and/or respective RLEDs of the CHDs.
