Addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors and chiefs of health facilities, following Proclamation No. 297 dated July 21, 2023, DOH clarifies changes to the COVID-19 protocols on the minimum public health standards, masking, quarantine and isolation, and reporting and risk communication.
