Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 11959, otherwise known as the “Regional Specialty Centers Act”

Categorizes the level of service capability of the Specialty Centers as National Specialty Centers, Advanced Comprehensive Specialty Centers, and Basic Comprehensive Specialty Centers, in accordance with the Resource Stratified Frameworks of the Philippine Health Facility Development Plan. Guidelines include services, medicines, health human resources, capital outlay investments, licensing and bed capacity, sustainable financing, designation of DOH hospitals, the PHFDP, monitoring and evaluation.
