Issued to supplement Administrative Order No. 2021-0037, “New Rules and Regulations Governing the Regulation of Clinical Laboratories in the Philippines," applies to clinical laboratories for molecular pathology whether private or government-owned. Includes process flow for initial licensing, assessment tool, and checklist for review of floor plans as annexes.
